Background
Azienda Mia is the name I have worked under for more than 20 years, helping New Zealand government agencies, Crown entities and councils with strategy, planning, accountability and governance.
Before that, I had an earlier career in town planning and heritage conservation in New Zealand and Australia. Altogether that is nearly 40 years of work experience, and each change of direction has added something: a long-term view of change, an understanding of what communities value, and practical knowledge of how government works.
